SUMMARY:Cartoon shows President Calvin Coolidge looking at two figures wearing jack-o-lantern heads outside his window. They carry signs reading, "I''m sure to be elected," and "I''ll certainly win next Tuesday." Coolidge says indulgently, "Boys will be boys." By the end of October, Coolidge was reasonably sure that he would be elected president in the upcoming election.
