SUMMARY:Cartoon shows a wolf (labeled "Aggression"), snarling at a flock of sheep (labeled "Pacific Nations") through a barbed wire fence (labeled "Japanese Peace Treaty"). Giving a double meaning to the term "Pacific," suggests that the peace treaty signed in 1951 by Japan and her former enemies, the U.S., Britain, and Australia (but excluding the Soviet Union), will reduce the possibility of hostile activities in the Pacific area.
