SUMMARY:Cartoon shows a prize fight between the Democratic donkey and the GOP elephant with the contestants fighting bystanders outside the ring. The donkey attacks Senator Robert Taft and his labor law; the elephant beats up President Truman and his record. Reflects the fact that in the 1952 presidential election, the Democratic candidates campaigned against the Taft-Hartley Act while the Republicans focussed on Truman''s Fair Deal policies.
